About
Dr. Natasha Ramsey
NEUROPSYCHOTHERAPIST. TRAUMATOLOGIST. LICENSED PSYCHOTHERAPIST. ADJUNCT PROFESSOR. SPEAKER. ADVOCATE
I help adults heal from trauma, FND, PNES, and nervous system dysregulation through a brain-body approach that integrates neuroscience, evidence-informed therapy, and compassionate care.
My mission is to help you understand your symptoms, reduce fear, and reconnect with your life.
My Story
My path to this work is both personal and professional.
Years ago, I saw firsthand how trauma, stress, and nervous system dysregulation can show up in the body in ways that are confusing, overwhelming, and often misunderstood. I also saw the life-changing impact of understanding what is really happening beneath the surface.
Today, I use that knowledge - and the latest in neuroscience and trauma research - to help my clients make sense of their symptoms, build safety in their bodies, and create meaningful change.
You are not broken. Your body is responding the best way it knows how. Together, we can rewrite that story.
